Hey all, we’ve merged the initial version of The Beman Standard. 
Thanks for everyone’s feedback and contributions: @InbalL, @Jeff-Garland, @tzlaine, @dietmarkuehl, @neatudarius, @bretbrownjr, @rmpowell77, @Sdowney, Peter Dimov, Dave Abrahams, those in the original C++Now discussion, and anyone else I missed!
Armed with a standard, we can create our first Beman libraries and iterate on the Beman standard (e.g. build system, testing, and other entries).
