Discourse: New topic catagories added

Darius has spurred me to create some additional categories here to help organize the site a bit better. We’ve added this category for discussion of the website and documentation topcs – I also consider meta-discussion of discourse organization part of that. The information here is growing rapidly so as time goes on we’ll need more active curation to keep things findable. Eventually we may want to curate away older not relevant threads. These sorts of facilities are part of why we choose discourse as a tool.

The other new category is beman.infra – some topics still need to be moved there.

I’m also considering that we should have a subtopic per library under Libraries topic. Right now I don’t think the ‘one topic per library’ is helping discussion threads be clear. Thoughts?

If people have other ideas please suggest them here. btw another nice part about all these decisions is that they’re trivial to change if we don’t like a direction. So we should probably aggressively try things and we can always go back if we don’t like it.

Actually I’ve gone ahead and added subcategories for scope and general in libraries – it looks like this will be useful.
