This server is open to the public, and as discussed briefly at this week’s sync, I’ve finished setting up a channel on the server to receive GitHub updates for the organization through a webhook. I also added another channel for Discourse posts through an RSS feed.

This takes you to the rules channel, and after following the directions you’ll gain access to the rest of the server. I’ve set up permissions and roles to help keep moderation and configuration straightforward. The default permissions when creating new channels should be appropriate for topical discussions such as new repositories, and there are configurations in place to prevent common issues through auto-moderation. All these decisions can be revisited at any time. Hope to see you there!
