I updated the “About” on the repository from “P3288 - std::elide” to “P4337 - std::emplace\_from”

It also implements [P4338](https://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2026/p4338r0.pdf), although that’s less notable.
